  1. Here are some useful public transport websites:

    www.131500.com
131500 is the main transport telephone infoline but they also have a very good "trip planner" which can tell you all the train and bus timetables and routes as well as making all the links for you for a trip.

We urge you to leave a comment www.131500.com.au/customerservice/feedback/default.asp here if you want to tell the transport services what you need.

  2. WHY IS IT THAT IT TAKES ME 10 MINS BY CAR FROM HOMBUSH TO GREENACRE AND ONE HOUR BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT??????????? THAT SYSTEM IN PLACE IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO THE NEEDS OF SYDNEY; I'D RATHER DRIVE THEN USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT. I THINK YOU NEED TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK ON HOW TORONTO, CANADA TRANSIT SYSTEM WORKS, THEY TRANSPORT MILLIONS OF PEOPLE A DAY. PEOPLE PAY ONE PRICE NOT BY DISTANCE AND its FREQUENCY OF THE BUSES (EVERY TEN MIN ON PEAK HOURS.) GUARATEES YOU’RE TO ARRIVE TO WORK ON TIME, PEOPLE DRIVE LESS BECAUSE THEY USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
